I conduct research and create trainings on human service design and data governance in the public sector. I also maintained the original Racial Data Transparency Map on the JHU Coronavirus Dashboard and contributed to its subsequent papers as a data collector. I specialize in the application of qualitative research methods to the study of human experience, culture, and identity.
